So, we could also phrase this as ...what we believe to be true.
Some people claim that nothing can be absolutely true without doubt. Yet, it is not the truth, but the doubt which often defines not only our thoughts ...but, us also.
But, I'm not mentioning that type of knowing, at this time.
The type of knowing which I am mentioning, is not really affected so much by whether someone else knows ...as it is a personal set of beliefs, which are lived out, in a relationship.
This type of knowing, is to a degree ...accepting and appreciating. And though it is beyond mere acknowledgment to us, we do acknowledge this relationship when we converse with others.
This acknowledgment to others should be, to the best of our abilities, communicated correctly to others. Some of you may call this a testimony.
The first Chapter of the first Book of the Bible, Genesis, says that God created man (and woman) in His image. And that image, when correctly communicated, is one significant way one brings glory to God.
To know ...is often slightly different than we think.

So, who do we feel the privilege of glorifying God is mostly bestowed upon??
It would seem that it would be those whom know Him best.
And that would seem to be angels ...and us.
That is ...us humans.
Remember, we were created in His image ...and to know Him.
We know He knows us ...so, it then becomes whether we know Him.
And that is not to merely say ...know of Him.
Yes, it requires a relationship.
Jesus willingly died as a result of a torturous, cruel crucifixion. Looking at the horror of that, how could we not say that Jesus gave the most in the relationship??
What do we give??
We give glory to God ...the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Yes, we acknowledge His love ...incorporate it into our lives, and share it with others.
We have the privilege of choice ...which waits upon us to call for, or nearly demand to have it. And we must have it ...upon necessity.
It defines us ...and is integral to knowing Him.
We don't know the means of deception which the angels were subjected to ...or how long the process of attempted subversion was. But, while it may not be clear to you, it seems rather clear to me that the angels were created before the Creation, which were the six days designated for us.
I use the example of a baby book. What is in that book is limited to the family of whom the baby is born into. And everything in that book applies to that baby. The Bible is for us ...and everything in it is for us. And God has it all there for us ...and it is certainly not limited, though the focus is primarily us, not the angels.
Yes, the baby never is the one to write in the book ...and as children of God, we look to what is written for us.
And as we grow ...we learn.
And as we learn ...we learn that we need to make choices.
And the most important choice we will ever make ...is whether we choose to accept God's Word to us, offering us salvation through His Son, Jesus.
Would we think that our loving and righteous God would not make it clear what that choice is??
God would ...that none would perish. And He makes it abundantly clear which is the path to salvation ...through His Son.
And I believe God would immediately make that abundantly clear ...therefore I do not believe God would dawdle with some form of what the scientific world's definition of evolution is.
It is clear to me that all the angels knew God. And it is also clear to me that one other group that could know Him, does not entirely do so.
Us humans do not all know God.
Yet, it is clear that we should ...and that it should be clear to us who do know Him, that we should give testimony and glorify God, in doing what we are called to do.
It takes a commitment to get someone to turn against someone else ...and that has been proven to be the commitment of Lucifer, and others. Yet, it also takes a commitment to help turn others towards accepting the good that is there, opposing that which is not. The commitment to want to know Jesus is a beginning.
And that beginning will never stay a beginning ...as it will lead us to a much better end.
